Different delivery solutions are available, location nonwithstanding.
Indicate the address of your choice during the validation of your purchase or choose a pickup point (Europe Only).
Europe ;
- Standard delivery at home ; 3/5 or 4/7 business days (Zone 4)
/ Free for 500€ and more for orders*.
- Pickup point delivery ; 3/5 or 4/7 business days (Zone 4)
/ Free for 500€ and more orders*.
International ;
- Standard delivery at home ; 4/7 days business days
The price is calculated by the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
Be aware that during peak times (Sales, Bank Hollidays, etc.) the delivery may be delayed.
*The delivery is free for 500€ and more orders, within the E.U; except for Zone 4 (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Island, Malta, Norway, and Romania).
STORE RETURN POLICY
Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused good to us with the original receipt, within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or credit note.
Sale items may be returned within 7 days for exchange only.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund where goods are faulty.
Any products that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged. Alteration fees are non-refundable.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
TRACK MY ORDER
During the preparation and the shipment of your order, you will receive updates on the whereabouts of your parcel in your mail and account.
If your package is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to KOHMĒ.
